RAW Rating Hits Two-Month High For Goldberg’s Return
– The return of Goldberg led to WWE RAW making big gains in the 18 – 49 demographic rating and viewership this week. Monday’s episode brought in a 1.19 demo rating with 3.13 million viewers, according to Showbuzz Daily. Those are up an impressive 26% and 13% from last week’s 0.94 demo rating and 2.759 million viewers. The metrics mark the best rating the show has had since the August 23rd episode brought in a 1.25 and the best viewership since the August 30th episode had 3.413 million. It’s also the first time the show has had over three million viewers since September 5th.
Raw ranked #2 among cable originals for the night, behind only the NFL game on ESPN (2.99 demo rating, 8.398 million viewers). The hourly numbers are as follows:
8 PM: 1.17 demo rating (3.167 million viewers)
9 PM: 1.17 demo rating (3.106 million viewers)
10 PM: 1.23 demo rating (3.118 million viewers)
